What to expect

You choose what you need:

Sessions are hosted on Zoom or phone — whatever feels easier.

You’ll fill out a short questionnaire beforehand so we can go straight to what matters.

After each call, you’ll get one week of light email or chat support — because things don’t always settle right away.
