  • You’ll spend about 60–90 minutes a week total — one group call, plus your own daily or weekly habit shifts.

    Everything’s built to fit into your life, not hijack it.

  • No. This programme was designed for beginners and women who don’t go to the gym.

    If you’ve never stepped on a mat before, that’s fine. You’ll be guided gently.

  • Replays are available for all sessions. You’ll still get full access to the lesson and can ask your questions in the chat group.

  • Start dates vary. Once your application is accepted, Johanna will share the next available start date and walk you through the plan.

  • No. The goal here is more energy, better sleep, consistent movement, and healthy eating habits — without punishment, restriction, or shame.

    Most women feel better in their body and mind without needing a scale to prove it.

  • You’ll have the option to continue access to the YogiBean app via a low-ticket subscription (€11.99/month). Some women choose to continue working 1:1 with Johanna if space is available.
